Transportation for Reunion Attendees with Disabilities

"The Association will provide a special ADA capable bus for all of the Reunion’s optional tours to accommodate registered attendees with disabilities, and who have wheelchairs or electric carts.  Also, the Association will arrange to have complimentary taxis available with wheelchair (and electric cart) lift capability to transfer Reunion attendees with disabilities from the Colorado Springs Airport to the Crowne Plaza Hotel, and return to the airport.  We will need to have an exact count of registered attendees with disabilities by the end of the first week of August 2012 so we will know the size of the required vehicle.  

As soon as a member with disabilities registers for the Reunion, the Association will then contract for the special buses and taxis.  These members should notify Merv Norton at the time of registration of their special transportation requirements."
