        0800 Hospitality Suite opens and registration/check-in begins (open all day, unless all present go on OPTIONAL Tour #1)
        1545 Leave hotel for OPTIONAL Tour # 1 – Garden of the Gods and Flying W Ranch
                1615 – Arrive at Garden of the Gods (tour Visitor Center and nature gardens)
                1745 – Leave Garden of the Gods
                1800 – Arrive at the Flying W Ranch (dinner and Western show)
                2115 – Leave the Flying W Ranch
                2145 Arrive at hotel - Hospitality Suite opens (if it closed during Tour #1)

        0900 Leave hotel for OPTIONAL Tour #2 – US Olympic Training Center Tour and the US Air Force Academy
                0945 – Arrive at the US Olympic Training Center (for tour and gift shop)
                1130 - Leave Olympic Training Center for the US Air Force Academy
                1200 – Arrive at the US Air Force Academy (for lunch and a tour of the Visitor’s Center, Cadet Chapel, and other sites)
                1500 – Leave the US Air Force Academy
                1530 Arrive at hotel – Hospitality Suite opens (until 1630)
        1700 Leave hotel for OPTIONAL Tour #3 – Edelweiss Restaurant
                1730 – Arrive at the Edelweiss Restaurant (reception, Association's business meeting and dinner)
                2130 – Leave the Edelweiss Restaurant
                2200 Arrive at hotel – Hospitality Suite opens

        0800 Leave hotel for Optional Tour #4 – Pikes Peak
                0835 – Arrive at Cog Rail Terminal in Manitou Springs
                0920 – Train leaves for Pikes Peak
                1230 – Train arrives back at Manitou Springs
                1245 – Bus leaves for downtown Manitou Springs (individual tours and lunch)
                1430 – Bus leaves Manitou Springs
                1500 – Hospitality Suite opens
